Be decent

Team names, messages and profiles are seen by other players, some of whom are young. No harassment, no slurs, no sexual content, no threats, nothing that attacks someone for who they are.

No spam or selling

Do not advertise, recruit for things outside the game, post links, or offer to sell or buy accounts, items or currency. Accounts are not transferable.

Keep private things private

Do not post anyone's personal information, including your own. Team chat is not a safe place for phone numbers or addresses.

Play it straight

No cheating, no exploiting bugs, no multiple accounts to stack a team. If you find a bug that gives an advantage, tell us on the support page instead of using it.

If something is wrong

Report it in the game, or write to us on the support page. We read every report. Depending on what happened we may warn the account, remove them from a team, or close the account.

Team leaders

Running a team means keeping it within these rules. A team name or description that breaks them can be reset without warning.
