Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

Virtual items and currency

Coins, gems, boosters and everything else you earn or buy inside the game are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value. They cannot be sold, traded outside the game, or exchanged for money or anything of real-world value, and you do not own them.

Purchases and refunds

Apple and Google take every payment made in the game. Purchases are final except where their store policies or your local consumer law say otherwise — and where they do, those rights are yours and nothing here takes them away. Because the stores hold the payment, refunds go through them rather than through us.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use modified clients, exploit bugs for advantage, or try to get into parts of our systems that are not meant for you. We can suspend or close an account that does.

The game changes

We add, change and retire features, events and items. We may end the game or a part of it; if we do, we will say so in advance where we reasonably can.

What we do not promise

The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

Ending it

You can stop playing and delete your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
