Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details. If you create an account, your email address and the sign-in records that go with it.
• Game progress. What you have built, what you have merged, your level, your team and your player ID.
• Purchases. What you bought and when. Apple and Google take the payment; we never see your card.
• Device and usage data. Device model, operating system version, rough region, and how you move through the game.
• What you send us. Support messages, any screenshot you attach, and an email address if you ask to hear about launch.

Who else is involved

• Google AdMob serves the optional ads. Where the law requires it, you will be asked before any personalised advertising is used, and you can say no and keep playing.
• PostHog gives us product analytics — which screens people use and where they get stuck.
• Sentry receives crash reports so we can fix what broke.
• Supabase stores accounts and game data. Resend sends our email.
• Apple and Google handle purchases, refunds and app distribution under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your information.

Push notifications

If you allow them, we send occasional notifications about events and things waiting in your game. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time without losing anything.

Children

Raise the Roof is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Delete your account and game data at any time from the delete-my-account page.
• Unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in it.
• Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Turn off personalised ads and notifications in your device settings.

How long we keep things

Game data lasts as long as your account. Delete the account and it goes. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, because we are not allowed to delete those on request.
